Situated along the S.P. Dakudao Loop (previously the Lanang Golf and Country Club), the 11-hectare Davao Park District is emerging as Davao City’s latest central business district and a significant hub for information technology and business process outsourcing (IT-BPO) in Mindanao.

The first developments in Davao Park District include office towers designed for BPO companies and other corporate entities. The area will also feature themed residential condominiums by Suntrust Properties, Inc., a fully-owned subsidiary of Megaworld. Future additions to the township will comprise a lifestyle mall, commercial and retail spaces, open parks, a lagoon, and a school.
